Trekking : it was a big shame that the weather hampered our trek and the visibility was so bad so we missed the reputedly stunning mountain views. However we enjoyed the experience very much and hope to come back again.

Trekking : this is a good trek with well sited huts and good staging. But it is not long enough. it needs some way of being able to do another 7 or more days.
